Hosted by retired Army Colonel and now Creative’s Head of Inclusion Lindsay MacDuff, who has spent years involved in leadership, cultural and behavioural change in Defence, each episode features informal yet insightful conversations with guests who share their leadership journeys, achievements and lessons learned along the way.
This series highlights the growth and development of current service members but also delves into how veterans continue to apply their leadership skills beyond their military careers.
