Dhana Jang joined BFBS in 23rd November 2003 as Correspondent and Local Liaison officer. He is from the family of a former Gurkha soldier. His father served in the British Army for more than nine years.
Dhana Jang also worked with few media agencies in Nepal. With his keen interest in radio, he joined BFBS Gurkha Radio. He ran two weekly programmes called Kanooni Jigyasa ra Paramarsha and Hidda Hiddai for almost a decade. At present, he hosts another pre-recorded show “Nepal Calling” along with other Kathmandu colleagues.
